At the same time, my personal world has always been rooted in music curation, DJing, party promotion, and creative culture.

My framework brings together mental health, physical health, and lifestyle into one integrated approach. It’s built on the understanding that wellbeing can only be holistic - how you think, how you move, and how you live are all interconnected.
At the centre is the Zen ensō, representing presence and creative flow. This symbol captures the spirit of Balance: a grounded, embodied way of living that supports both wellbeing and creativity.
